Consultations typically begin with a mixture of interviews and formal assessments. Each is individually tailored to the family business and can range from individual or family assessments to business process diagnostics. The results provide groundwork for determining an effective approach for each client.
Engage
With the ultimate goal of aligning individual, family and business values, we will determine two to three services or tactics that support the desired growth of the family and business. Examples of these services include next generation development plans, family constitutions or governance structures, or conflict resolution plans.
Sustain
Accountability and sustainability are heavily emphasized throughout the entire consultation process. In order to fully realize lasting family business systems, Peter enables clients to see where and how family and business values align and how they can be understood, respected, and shared by all stakeholders.
